Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will serve as the primary driver of product execution, responsible for transforming strategic vision into market-ready solutions. The ideal candidate combines business understanding with technical fluency and user empathy, ensuring each product delivers measurable impact through innovation, quality, and performance.

Note: The candidate SHOULD have demonstrated leadership experience across the entire product lifecycle—from concept and design through development, release, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design, Development & Implementation

• Drive the end-to-end process of product conceptualization, planning, and execution.

• Partner with UI/UX, engineering, and data teams to define user flows, functionality, and experience.

• Collaborate with project scrum master to oversee design sprints, prototype validations, and technical feasibility reviews.

2. Cross-Functional Program Leadership

• Collaborate closely with software engineering, design, operations, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.

• Drive alignment across cross-departmental stakeholders, ensuring product goals tie into company OKRs.

• Facilitate regular status meetings, product demos, and retrospectives to ensure iterative progress.

3. Product Lifecycle Management

• Lead launch readiness activities including user onboarding, training, and stakeholder communications.

• Oversee post-deployment monitoring and drive ongoing iteration/improvement post-launch.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Product Design or similar relevant education.

Experience:

• 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience (concept → market launch → iteration).

• Proven record of managing full lifecycle of digital or data-driven products (preferably in SaaS, cloud, analytics, or technology platforms).

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Jira, Asana).

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of testing, design, engineering. Ability to understand the scope of technical effort required and identify bottlenecks.

• Envisage and align all stakeholders on scope.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and UX processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking mindset

• Exposure to Space, Aerospace, or Data Intelligence domains (for SDA/technology-focused roles).

• Product Management Certification (e.g., CSPO, AIPMM, or PMI-ACP).

• Experience with KPI dashboards and data platforms.

• Familiarity with NIST or NASA Systems Engineering/Software Assurance frameworks for regulated tech.
