Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes
Process employee leave requests, ensure proper documentation, and keep track of leave balances
Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related topics
Guide employees and managers on HR operational processes and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Provide training to employees and managers on HR systems and operational processes
Stay updated on legal changes and implement updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance employee experience
At least 3 years of work experience either in HR Operations, Employee Relations,
Talent Management or similar
Prior experience in delivering training and supporting organizational development initiatives
Excellent communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills
Ability to work in a mission-focused, operational environment
Ability to think critically and make independent decisions
Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings
Verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills
Travel occasionally as necessary
