Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes

  • Process employee leave requests, ensure proper documentation, and keep track of leave balances

  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related topics

  • Guide employees and managers on HR operational processes and escalate more complex issues when necessary.

  • Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

  • Provide training to employees and managers on HR systems and operational processes

  • Stay updated on legal changes and implement updates to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

  • Identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance employee experience

Required Qualification:

  • At least 3 years of work experience either in HR Operations, Employee Relations,

  • Talent Management or similar

  • Prior experience in delivering training and supporting organizational development initiatives

  • Excellent communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills
