Digantara is a leading Space Surveillance and Intelligence company focused on ensuring orbital safety and sustainability. With expertise in space-based detection, tracking, identification, and monitoring, Digantara provides comprehensive domain awareness across regimes, allowing end users to have actionable intelligence on a single platform. At the core of its infrastructure lies a sophisticated integration of hardware and software capabilities aligned with the key principles of situational awareness: perception (data collection), comprehension (data processing), and prediction (analytics). This holistic approach empowers Digantara to monitor all Resident Space Objects (RSOs) in orbit, fostering comprehensive domain awareness.

We are seeking a high-agency, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to enable high-leverage execution at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise CEO’s time and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare briefing notes, investor decks, internal memos, and strategic documents for high-stakes meetings.

  • Track action items and ensure tight execution across leadership workflows.

  • Act as a proxy on routine decisions where needed high trust and judgment required.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, investors, and government partners for meetings and information flow.

  • Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, flag blind spots, and keep things moving.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in high-velocity environments (startups, consulting, VC, or similar).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • High discretion, emotional intelligence, and maturity in handling sensitive information.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple threads without losing clarity or attention to detail.

  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute under ambiguity and pressure.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Preferred Skills and Background

  • Prior experience working directly with founders or CXOs.

  • Interest in aerospace, national strategy, or deep-tech ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising support, or strategic communications.
