We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Satellite Operator to join our dynamic team. The role involves monitoring, controlling, and maintaining satellite systems to ensure their optimal performance and uninterrupted operations. The Satellite Operator will work in a shift-based schedule to support the continuous operations of satellite systems

Operate and monitor satellite and ground control systems using advanced software tools.
Analyze telemetry data to ensure satellite health and detect anomalies.
Execute orbital maneuvers, station-keeping, and payload operations as required.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on satellite status and operations.
Identify, troubleshoot, and respond to operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with engineering teams for the resolution of system anomalies.
Implement contingency plans during emergencies to minimize service disruptions.
Collaborate with the ground software team to ensure proper functioning of the Mission Control software.
Contribute to the automation of nominal operations.
Work with the ground software team to streamline nominal operations, scheduling of commands and health monitoring of the satellite’s critical parameters.
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of satellite communications or space systems (e.g., CCSDS, ITU standards).
Programming or scripting knowledge for automation and data analysis (Python, MATLAB, etc.).
Familiarity with satellite simulation and control tools (e.g., STK, GMAT).
Familiarity with telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical systems under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends.
Ability to work in a mission-focused, operational environment

Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings
