We are seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our technical proposal team at our

aerospace startup. The ideal candidate will transform complex technical information into

visually compelling presentations for government proposals, RFPs, and client pitches. This

role requires exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively

under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A detail-oriented visual storyteller with exceptional PowerPoint design skills who can translate complex aerospace concepts into compelling presentations under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Proposal Presentation Development:

  • Create high-impact, professional PowerPoint presentations for the government proposals, RFPs, and client pitches

  • Transform complex aerospace technical content into clear, visually engaging

    presentations

  • Ensure all presentations adhere to company branding guidelines and

    proposal requirements

  • Work directly with technical team members to accurately represent aerospace

    concepts visually

• Visual Communication:

  • Design professional and impactful visual elements that enhance technical

    narratives

  • Develop compelling data visualizations using PowerPoint, Excel, and other

    tools

  • Create custom graphics, diagrams, and illustrations that clearly explain

    complex aerospace systems and concepts

  • Establish and maintain presentation templates that ensure consistency across

    proposals

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with proposal writers, engineers, and subject matter experts to

    understand technical content

  • Collaborate with the proposal team to meet critical deadlines and quality

    standards

  • Participate in proposal reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently

  • Assist in final proposal assembly and quality control processes

Required Qualification:

• At least 2 years of corporate experience in creating professional presentations, preferably in a technical or aerospace environment

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual presentations

• Strong design sensibility with keen attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Graphic Design, Communications, or technical field)

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with aerospace or defense industry proposals

• Knowledge of government proposal processes and requirements

• Familiarity with technical aerospace concepts and terminology

• Experience with additional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication skills
