We’re looking for a sharp, analytical CA/CFA or MBA (Finance) professional with 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or business finance, who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical programs into clear financial insights to drive decisions.

Responsibilities:
Forecasting & Modeling
Maintain rolling financial statements and forecasts
Update forecasts monthly basis new data
Planning & Variance Analysis
Lead annual operating-plan process and provide strategic finance support
Own project budgeting and variance analysis
Reporting
Own end-to-end monthly financial reporting for leadership and shareholders
Build financial governance dashboards for executive and board visibility
Business Partner Support
Act as finance liaison to Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
Support strategic decisions related to pricing, capacity, and build/buy decisions
Special Projects
Support fundraising diligence, venture-debt covenant reporting, and potential M&A screens
We're Looking Some one with:
2–4 years in FP&A, IB, consulting, or audit (preferably hardware + SaaS or deep-tech)
Advanced Excel skills (nested formulas, scenario toggles, error-free modeling)
Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools
Solid grasp of business metrics and cost drivers for SaaS and hardware businesses
Clear written & verbal communication; able to explain variances to non-finance teams
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or quantitative field
Would prefer if you also came with:
Exposure to government/defence contract accounting
Experience working with project management and ERP tools
Passion for aerospace, satellites, or sensor technology
