We’re hiring a Director, User Acquisition to define and scale how Healthie shows up in the market for Private Practice. You will own demand creation and trial volume, lead paid media and SEO/AEO, run events and PR, activate partnerships, and partner with Lifecycle to improve trial → paid conversion. You’ll work closely with the GM of Private Practice, Lifecycle Marketing, Community/Affiliate, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales/BD.
Brand & Market Positioning
Define and evolve Healthie’s competitive narrative within the EMR/EHR space for SMB/private practice.
Build messaging frameworks and positioning for plans and feature launches that improve site → trial performance.
Ensure consistency across paid, web, events, PR, and product marketing.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
Identify, negotiate, and activate partners (associations, training programs, influencers, complementary software).
Structure co-marketing (webinars, content swaps, bundles) with clear sourced pipeline targets.
Track performance to ARR with partner-sourced trials, SQOs, win rate, and payback.
Events & Webinars
Own the PP conference and webinar calendar, programming, sponsorships, and booth logistics.
Drive pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up in HubSpot with RevOps and Lifecycle Marketing.
Report ROI by sourced pipeline, SQOs, and CAC.
User Acquisition & Demand Generation
Plan and manage paid media budgets (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, video) and channel mix; brief creative and landing page CRO.
Own SEO/AEO long-tail strategy and content roadmap to build durable, non-brand demand.
Stand up repeatable campaign execution, UTM discipline, QA, and weekly performance reviews.
Partner with Lifecycle on the free-trial engine, in-app prompts, and new plan messaging to lift trial → paid CVR
Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing (activation/experimentation), Community/Affiliate (reach and referrals), Product Marketing (positioning), Sales/BD (routing and follow-up), and RevOps (attribution and dashboards).
Establish KPIs and forecasting for trials, CAC, payback, and marketing-sourced ARR.
7–10 years in user acquisition/demand gen or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS and/or healthcare SMB.
Proven track record owning budgets and delivering CAC/payback targets across paid and SEO.
Strong operator with experimentation mindset; comfortable with attribution, pixels, UTMs, and QA.
Skilled communicator with executive presence; able to represent Healthie externally.
Hybrid work schedule in New York, NY
The base salary for this role is $160,000 - $170,000 per year plus equity and annual bonus
