We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join Healthie’s fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be aligned to a core set of Healthie features, ensuring launches are smooth, customers adopt new functionality, and the market clearly understands the value of our platform.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Growth to:
Lead smooth, consistent product launches by coordinating communications, enablement, and collateral.
Drive adoption and customer impact by championing the clinician’s voice and delivering clear, workflow-oriented education.
Contribute to broader campaigns and integrated marketing efforts that fuel awareness, expansion, and strengthen our market position.
We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. That means you’ll not only shape GTM narratives, but also take ownership of the day-to-day activities that make launches successful — from writing release notes, FAQs, and training decks, to aligning internal teams and demoing updates.
The best candidates will be just as excited to roll up their sleeves on the tactical elements of launch execution as they are to discuss positioning or competitive strategy. You’ll serve as the bridge between Product and Growth — ensuring launches are well-coordinated, messaging is consistent, and adoption efforts land across every channel.
🚀 Release Execution
Own the end-to-end launch process: from coordinating timelines and drafting release notes, to building training decks, FAQs, and sales enablement materials.
Apply Healthie’s Tiered Communication System to deliver the right level of comms for each release — from light-touch updates to high-visibility launches.
Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Product, Sales, CS, and Growth to ensure every team is prepared.
Leverage AI and automation to streamline launch processes, reporting, and asset delivery — freeing up time for higher-impact work.
Develop customer-facing education that makes new features clear and actionable: tutorials, help docs, webinars, in-app guides, lifecycle campaigns.
Partner with Sales and CS to equip them with the tools and training needed to support customers confidently.
Track adoption and usage, bringing insights back to Product and Marketing to shape future launches.
Champion the clinician’s voice — ensuring Healthie’s value is communicated in practical, workflow-driven language.
Translate product capabilities into compelling market narratives that support demand generation and expansion.
Collaborate with Growth to run integrated campaigns across lifecycle marketing, events, and content.
Maintain and refresh market-facing assets (case studies, sales decks, website copy, competitive one-pagers) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Contribute to greenfield campaigns that tell larger product stories and elevate Healthie’s positioning in the market.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our NYC HQ.
The salary range is $95,000 - $135,000 plus equity, annual bonus, and benefits.
U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.
3-5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS, healthcare, or health tech – this includes healthcare providers looking to transition into tech.
A skilled writer and communicator who can shift between technical detail and customer-friendly messaging.
Strong project management skills — able to coordinate across functions, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
Curious and empathetic: you quickly build product knowledge and connect it to customer needs.
Comfortable working with Product from roadmap planning through launch.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed, clarity, and ownership matter.
