We’re looking for a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our high-impact Talent team and help us continue scaling Healthie with speed, heart, and precision. If you love moving fast, building real relationships, and hiring exceptional people who change healthcare — you’ll feel right at home here.
As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top business talent across teams like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Partnerships, and Operations — with some exposure to technical roles along the way. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer, working as a true partner to hiring managers and leaders as you help build diverse, high-performing teams that power the future of digital healthcare delivery.
You’re a standout sourcer and relationship builder who thrives in competitive markets. You’ll use creative strategies, smart outbound outreach, and your network to identify, engage, and win over exceptional talent. You move quickly — but thoughtfully — always balancing speed with quality, while delivering a world-class experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll:
Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of business roles (10+ hires per month)
Build and nurture strong, diverse pipelines so we’re always one step ahead
Partner closely with hiring managers to craft great job descriptions and effective interview processes
Represent Healthie at in-person events and bring our culture to life in the market
Occasionally support technical hiring to ensure seamless coverage across teams

We’re looking for a true “do’er” who rolls up their sleeves, delivers outstanding results, and brings positive, high-energy vibes to every interaction.
You’re the kind of recruiter who moves fast, sweats the details, and cares deeply about people. You don’t just fill roles — you build relationships, shape teams, and raise the bar for hiring quality. You love operating in a high-growth startup environment where priorities evolve, impact is visible, and great recruiting makes a real difference.
Required:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, with a strong focus on business roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Operations)
Experience working in startup and scale-up environments — you’re comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and change
A track record of partnering with senior leaders to define hiring strategy, design interview processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
Deep sourcing expertise with a proven ability to identify, engage, and convert top talent in competitive markets
A bias for action — you move quickly, but with care, accuracy, and high attention to detail
Nice-to-have:
Experience recruiting in healthcare or healthtech, with an appreciation for mission-driven teams and HIPAA-compliant environments
Comfort supporting occasional technical hiring (Engineering, Product, or Data) and collaborating closely with those teams

This is a full-time position based in the United States
The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year plus equity and annual bonus
U.S. Work Authorization is required
Our interview process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and efficient. Here’s what you can expect:
Hiring Manager Interview
You’ll meet with Katie (Director of Talent & Hiring Manager) to discuss your background, experience, and alignment with Healthie’s culture, mission and values. (30 minutes)
Executive Conversation
You’ll meet with Erica (CEO + Cofounder) for a high-level conversation about Healthie’s vision, values, and team culture. This is an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from one of our founders about where we’re headed and what matters most. (20 minutes)
Panel Interview – Group Round
A group conversation with Cindy (Director of People Operations), Anna (VP of Finance), and Lee (Executive Assistant) from our Operations team. This round will focus on cross-functional collaboration, communication, and culture fit. (45 minutes)
Peer & Stakeholder Interview Two individual interviews with one of our hiring stakeholders and Tariq (COO). This round will allow you to connect with an internal stakeholder as well as our COO. (30 minutes each)
