We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Growfin. If you enjoy solving real customer problems, working with smart teammates, and building useful products—this role is for you.
As a PM, you’ll take ownership of features and products that help finance teams work faster and better. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to bring ideas to life, from understanding the problem to launching the solution.
What You’ll Do
Understand Customer Needs: Talk to users, go through feedback, and research to figure out what problems are worth solving.
Build Smart Solutions: Work with design and engineering to create features that automate workflows and make our users’ jobs easier.
Manage the Product Process: Define what needs to be built, write clear requirements, prioritize tasks, and make sure things get done on time.
Work with Other Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to launch features and make sure they reach the right users.
Use Data to Make Decisions: Track how features are used, analyze results, and improve based on what the numbers and users are saying.
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech or SaaS company.
Experience working on products that involve workflows or automation is a big plus.
You enjoy talking to users and deeply understand their pain points.
You’re good at breaking down problems and coming up with smart, simple solutions.
You can write and communicate clearly with different teams.
You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment.
Skills & Qualification
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech or SaaS company, with a proven track record of delivering innovative features that meet customer needs.
Experience working on products that involve workflows or automation, with a deep understanding of how to automate complex processes and improve user experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support.
Ability to write and communicate clearly, with a focus on simplicity and clarity.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive growth.
Experience with workflow automation tools and technologies, such as Zapier or Automation Anywhere.
Experience with product roadmap development and management.
Experience with SaaS product development and launch.
Responsibilities
