About the Role:
As a Founder's Office Associate at Growfin.ai, you'll operate at the nerve center of our most critical business functions. Working directly with our founder and the executive leadership team, you’ll dive into high-impact projects spanning GTM strategy, sales and revenue operations, investor relations, and program management. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic thinking, execution, and leadership in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and can connect the dots between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the founder in crafting and refining GTM strategies for new markets and products.
Drive competitive analysis, market research, and ICP definition to inform positioning and sales plays.
Collaborate with the sales team to monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
Build dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
Design and execute programs to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., playbooks, onboarding kits, process improvements).
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Run regular business review cadences and follow-ups for GTM execution.
Support fundraising efforts with investor research, pitch deck inputs, and due diligence coordination.
Prepare board decks, business updates, and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Own ad-hoc strategic projects that drive growth or operational efficiency.
Manage the founder’s strategic priorities, communications, and key stakeholder relationships.
Act as a thought partner to the founder by surfacing ideas, risks, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
2–5 years of experience in GTM, sales/revenue ops, consulting, or founder’s office roles at startups.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking; comfort with spreadsheets and strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Exposure to SaaS or B2B GTM models.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, Looker, or Tableau.
Experience supporting investor communications, pitch deck creation, or fundraising activities.
Prior internship or experience in startup or high-growth environments.
