Shift - US Shift (6 pm - 3 am)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Representing Growfin and being the spokesperson for the product

  • Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers and nurturing the warm prospects

  • Inbound and outbound Calling/Email/LinkedIn to targeted business owners in the US

  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts

  • Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage with inactive prospects

  • Showcasing the product to potential customers during the early stages of the sales cycle

  • Refining the lead generation process on a timely basis

  • Work with the demand generation team to share feedback to improve MQL and campaign performance.

  • Work closely with the AEs to make the outbound engine successful

  • Work in collaboration with Content, Event marketing and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline

  • Work closely with the AEs to make the outbound engine successful

  • Staying current with the industry trends

Qualifications: 

  • A go-getter with 6 months - 3 years (SaaS) experience into Sales or Business Development experience in the US or India market

  • Extremely comfortable with cold outreaches and facing objections

  • Close or Kill mentality in getting opportunities generated for the sales team.

  • Comfortable in calling prospects and engaging with them to generate interest

  • Strong desire to move up in the sales organization

  • Creative and like working in a startup environment

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Comfortable working in night shifts
