Skills & Qualification

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field with a focus on enterprise and mid-market accounts.

  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive business outcomes.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies to track customer interactions and performance metrics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention for enterprise and mid-market accounts in the North America region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customer advocates, and executive sponsors to ensure alignment and support.

  • Conduct regular business reviews, provide strategic guidance, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our offerings to drive revenue growth.

  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve customer experiences, resolve complex issues, and drive business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our solutions, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

  • Track and analyze customer performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer success strategies and practices.
