About Health Note

Health Note builds AI-powered automation for how care begins, starting with the phone call. Our platform handles scheduling and clinical intake through voice-first workflows that reduce administrative burden and replace traditional call center models for mid-sized healthcare practices.

Our fastest-growing product is AI voice scheduling, which answers calls, routes patients, and books appointments automatically. Customers adopt it because staffing is expensive, call volumes are unmanageable, and existing tools don’t scale.

We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketer to drive demand for this product. This role is focused on pipeline generation, experimentation, and execution. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product to test messaging, launch campaigns, and scale what converts. You’ll also be expected to look beyond standard playbooks to find creative, defensible ways to break through market noise and unlock demand.

What You’ll Do

Own Pipeline-Driving Growth Execution

  • Plan and run demand generation programs that produce qualified pipeline.

  • Execute across paid, organic, lifecycle, and targeted outbound-support channels, with a bias toward what converts.

  • Translate product capabilities into clear, practical messaging for real buyers (front desk leaders, operations teams, clinical administrators).

  • Launch experiments quickly, evaluate results, and double down only when the signal is strong.

  • Identify and test non-obvious growth levers (e.g. new wedges, distribution paths, partnerships, or proof-driven motions) when traditional channels get crowded or expensive.

Operate the Funnel End to End

  • Own MQL quality and downstream conversion, not just volume.

  • Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns, follow-up, and feedback loops.

  • Track performance weekly, including channel efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

  • Diagnose why something isn’t working and adjust without waiting for perfect data.

  • Recognize when a problem is not volume but trust, timing, or risk and adjust the approach accordingly.

Build Assets Sales Actually Uses

  • Create and iterate on landing pages, one-pagers, decks, email copy, and simple nurture flows.

  • Support Sales with fast-turn materials when new objections, segments, or use cases emerge.

  • Maintain a small, focused set of high-utility assets rather than an overgrown content library.

Be Hands-On and Move Fast

  • This is not a strategy-only role. You will be in the tools.

  • Write copy, launch campaigns, QA landing pages, and pull reports yourself.

  • Operate in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift as we learn.

  • Design scrappy tests that trade polish for speed when learning matters more than scale.

Use AI to Increase Throughput

  • Use AI tools to draft, test, and iterate faster across copy, messaging, and campaign variants.

  • Apply judgment. AI output is a starting point, not a finished product.

  • Improve speed and efficiency without sacrificing clarity or accuracy.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B growth or demand generation experience, ideally in early-stage or fast-changing environments.

  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS in healthcare, or in another highly regulated, multi-stakeholder industry (e.g., fintech, insurance, govtech, life sciences).

  • Proven ability to drive pipeline, not just traffic or impressions.

  • Demonstrated ability to create leverage when the obvious growth channels are saturated, slow, or mistrusted.

  • Strong instincts for what messaging resonates with operational buyers.

  • Comfort running experiments with imperfect information and making decisions without consensus.

  • Clear, direct writing style. You can explain value without buzzwords.

  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly when everything feels important.

  • Experience using modern marketing tools (paid platforms, CRM, automation, analytics) without needing a large team.

  • Familiarity with voice technology, call automation, or scheduling products is a plus, but not required.
