As a Sr BDR, you'll be the face of Kula, our cutting-edge Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Skills & Qualification

  • Outbound Cold Calling: We're looking for someone who can crush high-volume calls, build rapport with potential customers, and close deals like a pro!

  • Strong Selling Abilities: You'll need to be able to articulate the value proposition of Kula's AI-powered ATS and demonstrate its impact on business outcomes - we're looking for someone who can sell ice to an Eskimo!

  • Cold E-mailing: Our ideal candidate can craft compelling email campaigns that drive responses and conversions - think of it as a art form, but with fewer canvas and more send buttons!

  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Experience with ABM strategies and tactics is a must - we're looking for someone who can identify and pursue high-value accounts like a pro!

  • Results-Driven Mindset: We need someone who is laser-focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention - it's all about delivering results and making a real impact!

  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using Hubspot, Apollo, and other technologies is essential - think of it as a superpower that will help you streamline sales processes and improve efficiency!

  • Communication Skills: Our ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills - they can articulate complex ideas, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and make a lasting impression!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement - it's all about finding the hidden gems and turning them into gold!

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders - we're looking for someone who can build a network of advocates who will help drive sales growth and customer satisfaction!

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity - we need someone who can stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for growth and improvement!

  • Provide input and insights to inform product roadmap and feature development - it's all about being part of a team that's always pushing the boundaries of innovation and delivering solutions that make a real impact!

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention - we're looking for someone who can deliver results and make a real difference!

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using autonomy to drive sales growth and make decisions that impact the growth of the company - it's all about being a self-starter who can take ownership of their work and make a real impact!
