Hire is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Whatfix Primary Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As a Primary SDR, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and positioning Whatfix as a leading solution for customer engagement and experience.

Skills & Qualification

  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and customer engagement principles and ability to apply them to drive sales growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and management.

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet sales targets.

  • Experience with sales automation tools such as Hubspot, Salesloft, or similar platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a high-volume pipeline.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts, achieving a minimum of 200 conversations per week.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor Whatfix solutions to meet those needs, positioning us as a leading solution for customer engagement and experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales engineers, and customer success, to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets, consistently ranking in the top 25% of the sales team in terms of conversion rates and revenue generated.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Whatfix's products and services, including key features, benefits, and use cases.

  • Utilize sales automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance sales productivity.

  • Participate in regular sales training and coaching sessions to refine sales skills, stay motivated, and drive sales growth.
