Sales Development Representative- US

Build a sharp understanding of Amber, the EX landscape, and how US HR teams buy tech
Own outbound prospecting into SMB and Mid Market orgs (200 to 2000 employees)
Research accounts, identify triggers, and craft high intent personalized outreach
Make calls, send sequences, run thoughtful social selling, and build your presence on LinkedIn
Drive the first conversation with senior HR leaders and uncover real pain points
Work closely with Marketing and DemandGen to refine ICP, messaging, and campaign themes
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and build a predictable outbound pipeline
Take learnings back to AEs and to improve probability of SAO conversion
Support early stage deal motion and gradually grow into inside sales responsibilities
1 year in outbound B2B SaaS selling to US markets
Strong experience engaging HR leaders across SMB and Mid Market (Good to have!)
Sharp communicator who can hold high impact conversations
Comfortable working US shifts and collaborating across pods
Naturally curious, fast learner, and quick to test and iterate
Tech savvy, familiar with Salesforce and ABM workflows
Outcome driven, resourceful, and thrives in fast paced environments
You enjoy experimenting, taking risks, learning fast, and moving even faster
• Build the US outbound engine for a fast growing AI EX platform
• Work directly with leadership pods and shape GTM strategy
• Build your brand publicly while owning accounts end to end
