News, Condé Nast, Hearst, Katie Couric Media, Fox News and hundreds more. Our platform helps brands and publishers work together more profitably and effectively than ever before through a suite of performance-driven products and services.
As we continue to expand our US footprint and product offering, we’re seeking a result-driven Senior Agency Development Manager to join our vibrant NYC team to establish, nurture, and expand our relationships with key agencies and brands.
Join a fast-growing, global team that is reshaping how leading digital publishers and DTC brands drive revenue through premium content. Linkby has become a trusted partner for both publishers and advertisers by delivering high-performing e-commerce content solutions that integrate seamlessly with editorial environments.
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven professional with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, publishing, affiliate/commerce partnerships, or media relations. The ideal candidate brings a strong network of senior agency and brand contacts and can activate those relationships quickly to accelerate revenue growth at Linkby. If you’re excited by the intersection of media, commerce, technology and relationship building—and want to help scale a proven global platform—this role is for you.
Please note that this is a hybrid role and three days are required in-office at our midtown office (Tues-Thurs).
Drive New Business: Prospect, pitch, and close new agency and brand partnerships for Linkby, leveraging both existing relationships and new outreach to build a robust pipeline.
Grow Existing Accounts: Deepen partnerships with current agencies to expand spend and introduce new products and offerings.
Deliver World-Class Presentations: Lead compelling in-person and virtual presentations that communicate Linkby’s value proposition, platform benefits, and success stories with clarity and enthusiasm.
Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with key media agency stakeholders across the U.S.
Agency Enablement & Training: Educate agency partners on Linkby’s solutions to ensure our CPC product suite becomes a trusted and recurring line item in their media plans.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with North American leadership and cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and client satisfaction.
Manage Up & Report Performance: Proactively communicate key updates, deal progress, and revenue performance to upper management. Provide accurate forecasting, insights, and strategic recommendations to help guide business decisions.
Meet & Exceed Revenue Targets: Consistently manage and grow agency revenue in line with monthly and annual goals, while accurately reporting progress against KPIs.
Market Development: Contribute insights to help refine our sales messaging, go-to-market strategy, and U.S. agency engagement approach.
