Sales Manager (Singapore)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Singapore to establish our cleaning robot as the preferred solution for new business and potential large-scale deployments. You will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, positioning our product as the go-to brand for tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote our cleaning robot solutions to target customers including government organisations

  • Identify and build relationships with senior decision-makers.

  • Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Work with the marketing team to derive market campaign

  • Engage potential clients through presentations, demos, and follow-up meetings.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with our business goals.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.

  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and build connections.

  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in technology or cleaning solutions.

  • Proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and AI is a plus.
