About the role…

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join the core product team responsible for shaping the experience of our flagship AI platform. This is a highly influential role, directly impacting how customers interact with our most critical product touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and researchers to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable design systems that support our rapidly evolving AI capabilities.

Your expertise will ensure our product experience is not only visually exceptional, but deeply aligned with user needs and the unique behaviors of frontier AI.

What you’ll do…

Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and improvements—from discovery and ideation through to high-fidelity UI and final implementation.
Define and maintain the product’s UX/UI standards, elevating usability, accessibility, and design quality across all surfaces.
Partner with engineering to ensure design intent is upheld through development and delivered with precision.
Translate complex AI technologies into clear, intuitive interactions that empower users while building trust.
Create scalable, future-proof flows and components that can support multi-modal experiences, rapid iteration, and continuous learning loops.
Collaborate with UX Research to validate design decisions and advocate for user-centric thinking across squads.

What you’ll bring…

10+ years of professional product design experience, with at least 5 years specifically in UX/UI for complex digital products.
A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in interaction design, visual design, and system-level thinking.
Deep understanding of modern AI tools, consumer and enterprise AI patterns, multi-modal interaction models, and emerging frontier AI capabilities.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence direction at both product and strategy levels.
Strength in simplifying complexity and designing for novel or ambiguous problem spaces.
Proficiency with modern design tools and cross-functional workflows.
