About the role…
As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll play a critical role in connecting the voice of the user to our product strategy. You will be embedded across multiple squads, leading research initiatives that surface meaningful insights and guide decision-making. This role is essential to ensuring our frontier AI technologies are grounded in real customer needs, industry workflows, and future-oriented opportunities.
You'll shape how we understand customers, industries, and use cases—helping us build AI experiences that are truly useful, responsible, and impactful.
What you’ll do…
Own and conduct end-to-end user research initiatives: planning, recruiting, interviewing, synthesizing insights, and presenting findings that influence product direction.
Build deep relationships with clients, understanding their workflows, pain points, and adoption patterns related to cutting-edge AI tools.
Work closely with product teams to shape hypotheses, validate assumptions, and inform prioritization.
Translate research into actionable frameworks, journey maps, user models, and opportunity areas for multiple squads.
Maintain a high-fidelity understanding of AI market trends, user expectations around AI, and the shifting landscape of multi-modal AI interactions.
Champion user empathy across the organization and create scalable research practices and documentation.
What you’ll bring…
10+ years of professional UX research experience, with at least 5 years leading complex qualitative research programs.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for engaging with clients, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong toolkit across qualitative methods (interviews, contextual inquiry, diary studies, usability testing) and the ability to select the right method for each question.
Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous user behaviors into clear product opportunities.
Up-to-date knowledge of frontier AI advancements, user expectations for AI tooling, and industry-specific adoption challenges.
Ability to work autonomously, lead multi-team research efforts, and influence strategy with evidence-based insights.
