About the role… 

As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll play a critical role in connecting the voice of the user to our product strategy. You will be embedded across multiple squads, leading research initiatives that surface meaningful insights and guide decision-making. This role is essential to ensuring our frontier AI technologies are grounded in real customer needs, industry workflows, and future-oriented opportunities.

You'll shape how we understand customers, industries, and use cases—helping us build AI experiences that are truly useful, responsible, and impactful.

What you’ll do… 

• Own and conduct end-to-end user research initiatives: planning, recruiting, interviewing, synthesizing insights, and presenting findings that influence product direction.

• Build deep relationships with clients, understanding their workflows, pain points, and adoption patterns related to cutting-edge AI tools.

• Work closely with product teams to shape hypotheses, validate assumptions, and inform prioritization.

• Translate research into actionable frameworks, journey maps, user models, and opportunity areas for multiple squads.

• Maintain a high-fidelity understanding of AI market trends, user expectations around AI, and the shifting landscape of multi-modal AI interactions.

• Champion user empathy across the organization and create scalable research practices and documentation.

What you’ll bring… 

• 10+ years of professional UX research experience, with at least 5 years leading complex qualitative research programs.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for engaging with clients, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong toolkit across qualitative methods (interviews, contextual inquiry, diary studies, usability testing) and the ability to select the right method for each question.

• Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous user behaviors into clear product opportunities.

• Up-to-date knowledge of frontier AI advancements, user expectations for AI tooling, and industry-specific adoption challenges.

• Ability to work autonomously, lead multi-team research efforts, and influence strategy with evidence-based insights.
