About the role…

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team and lead complex enterprise technology implementations from discovery through deployment and scale.

You will operate inside the engineering core team, driving delivery across backend, AI systems, infrastructure, and production environments. You must be able to challenge engineers, understand trade-offs, identify architectural risks, and push execution without compromising technical quality.

This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where bringing clarity to ambiguity, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning technical execution with business outcomes are critical to success.

What you’ll do…

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology implementations

• Coordinate parallel workstreams across engineering, product, DevOps, security, and client stakeholders

• Align backend, DevOps, AI/ML, and infrastructure teams under a single execution framework.

• Anticipate technical bottlenecks and mitigate risks early.

• Break down ambiguity into structured execution plans.

• Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines while maintaining visibility across stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for reliability, security, and scalability

• Translate complex technical concepts and AI automation capabilities into clear business outcomes

• Track program metrics and demonstrate measurable customer value

• Improve delivery frameworks and execution maturity as Maisa scales

What you’ll bring…

• Strong demonstrable experience working in complex software engineering environments.

• Previous hands-on experience as Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.

• Strong program management capabilities, coordinating parallel workstreams and managing stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices, cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred), CI/CD and production environments, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform), and API/backend system design.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

• Ability to understand architectural trade-offs and challenge decisions.

• Ability to present complex technical ideas and AI automation solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
