Motion is growing fast (3x YoY), our product is sticky and we recently raised $30M in Series B funding. We've doubled our headcount this year and have just under 50 team members.

But we’re just getting started and we need your help!

We’ve built a new category of software to bridge the gap between performance marketers and creative teams. Our platform combines creative analytics, research, and strategy.  Motion is the command center for Creative Strategists.

Our customers are top ecom and DTC brands like Vuori, True Classic, The Farmer’s Dog, HexClad, and thousands more. They’ve used Motion to analyze over $6B in media spend.

As an early member of our sales team, you will be looked upon to set the standard for what success looks like at Motion.

About this role:

- You will be responsible for driving pipeline/opportunities $$ by helping scale our partner program focused on creative agencies

- Manage the full partner cycle from initial contact, onboarding/enablement, through mutually beneficial referrals (a ton of calls - you’ll have a chance to meet new people consistently!)

- Approach partners as collaborators, not a source of referrals. Yes, we want to sell more, however we’ve found that a collaborative approaches ensures long term success and we’ll support you going over and above to ensure your client needs are met

- Advise prospects on how to implement an effective Performance Creative process using Motion

Our customers are already feeling the pain, and this problem is a top priority for them. Using a consultative approach, you will help teams see how the Motion platform is the answer to the workflow challenges they are experiencing. Your work will have a direct impact on our growth.

Who you are:

- Full sales or partner cycle experience (you have sales or partnerships experience) 

- Superior relationship builder who is immediately trustworthy (will be the face of Motion in many scenarios - events, webinars, etc.) 

- Experience working with marketers, agencies, or creative teams

- Experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok, Youtube) and you can speak intelligently about ad strategies and performance 

- Sold to a similar ACV and deal cycle - high velocity and volume (~30 day close, ~8 demos/day) 

- Strong public speaking, presentation, and relationship-building abilities (we can run 6-8 calls/day)

- Held and exceeded a quota 

- A top performer in your previous role

Motion has thrived in 2023, and 2024 has been a defining year here. We are finishing the year with fresh funding and exceptional signals from our clients. On top of this, our founding team has built successful companies before. This role offers an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor (we are only about 50 people right now) to help us build a category defining company in the “creative-tech” space.
