About Job

Neara is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive at Neara, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective client management and business development strategies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge geospatial technology solutions, including GIS, Digital Twin, and LiDAR, to provide innovative solutions to our clients in the utilities and power sector. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in SaaS, B2B sales, and utilizing sales methodologies like Challenger sales approach and MEDDPICC.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong sales abilities to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.

  • Experience in SaaS sales and understanding of the subscription-based model.

  • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and the ability to build strong business relationships.

  • Familiarity with geospatial technology, GIS, Digital Twin, and LiDAR applications.

  • Proficiency in sales prospecting and cold calling to generate leads and close deals.

  • Understanding of the utilities industry, including transmission lines and power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand Neara's client base.

  • Leverage sales methodologies to qualify leads, identify key stakeholders, and navigate complex sales processes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any issues.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
