About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to be placed within our SMB (Small-Medium Business) business unit to support the planning, development, and launch of products that deliver real value to our customers. Working closely with product experts you’ll gather insights, manage requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities.

• Work with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver features on time.

• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Track product performance metrics and support improvement initiatives.

• Help ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product, business analysis, or a related field (internships welcome).

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related technical field would be a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Basic understanding of product development processes and tools.

• Passion for creating user-focused products and a desire to grow in product management.
