Build strong relationships and customer loyalty programs for existing users
Analyzing and segmenting customer data to develop campaigns as well as monitoring & segmented campaign management
Contributes 5% from existing users by implementing CRM programs that includes top up, increase TPV, reward, bonus and retention
Managing & develop CRM systems or method to implement campaigns from commercial perspective (system under development Wooblaz)
Collaborating with sales, business development, partnership, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
Experience in CRM at least 3-4 years, from Fintech Industry is a Plus
Familiar with CRM tools such as Wooblaz
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
