The Product Marketing Manager Intern will play a vital role in assisting the Product Marketing Manager with daily tasks, project coordination, and campaign support. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product marketing, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a dynamic team.

As a Product Marketing Manager Intern, you will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure smooth project execution, collaborate with vendors, and support ongoing marketing activities. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills in data analysis, market research, and campaign performance reporting.

Skills & Qualification

  • Basic understanding of business marketing fundamentals

  • Some experience with Excel and PowerPoint (even at beginner level)

  • Ability to write clear, direct messages without unnecessary details

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks

  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Console, Ahrefs, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions when needed

  • Bonus points for basic data handling skills (sorting, pivots) or experience running a campaign or event

  • Bonus points for experience and understanding in the payment industry

Responsibilities

  • Track and coordinate tasks daily to ensure projects are on time and complete

  • Work with vendors (agencies, freelancers, suppliers) to set scopes, follow up, and log deliverables

  • Support ongoing marketing activities by helping produce materials, updating schedules, and pushing publication deadlines

  • Pull and clean data to report campaign performance, vendor billings, and status dashboards

  • Help with project documents and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, briefs)

  • Run basic market checks to compare competitor offers or pricing in quick snapshots

  • Understand the importance of data in supporting marketing instincts and make data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Learn the nuts and bolts of managing product marketing tasks, including project timelines, hand-offs, and keeping projects on track
