Senior Performance Management

What will you do

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine Paper.id’s performance management framework (OKRs, KPIs, competency-based reviews).

  • Own the end-to-end performance cycle process (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, calibration, promotion cycles).

  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure consistent application of performance frameworks across departments.

  • Coach leaders and employees on effective goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations.

  • Develop and deliver training or toolkits to support performance management practices.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and gaps across the workforce.

  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to link performance outcomes with rewards and recognition.

  • Create dashboards/reports for leadership to track performance distribution and effectiveness.

  • Recommend enhancements to performance tools for better user experience and adoption.

  • Benchmark performance management practices in tech/startups to keep Paper.id competitive.

What will you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on performance management, talent management, or organizational development.

  • Performance Framework Expertise: Mastery of OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, and review processes.

  • Coaching & Feedback Skills: Able to train and mentor managers on performance conversations.

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Turns performance metrics into actionable insights.

  • Communication & Simplification: Explains systems in a clear, user-friendly way.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Gains buy-in from leaders.

  • Process Design & Execution: Manages performance cycles end-to-end with precision.
