About Job

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Customer Service team to handle payment-related inquiries, including checking payment statuses, disbursements, and documenting the process.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Paper's features to assist with user inquiries about platform tools, particularly transaction-related features, using internal tools.

  • Escalate issues to both internal and external parties and conduct thorough checks on transaction disputes.

  • Perform daily verification and reconciliation of manual payment methods.

  • Monitor and analyze transactions and other related projects.

  • Execute operational tasks for projects requiring support from the operations team.

  • Identify and address irregularities and discrepancies in transactions (fraud detection).

  • Conduct daily checks on high-risk transactions.

  • Communicate, explore, and investigate cases of user fraud.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) minimum.

  • At least 1 year of experience in fraud or payment operations; a background in e-commerce or fintech is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive checks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and internal verification tools.

  • Growth mindset and interest in diverse operational functions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willing to work shifts and flexible hours.
