Payment Operations

Coordinate with the Customer Service team to handle payment-related inquiries, including checking payment statuses, disbursements, and documenting the process.
Gain an in-depth understanding of Paper's features to assist with user inquiries about platform tools, particularly transaction-related features, using internal tools.
Escalate issues to both internal and external parties and conduct thorough checks on transaction disputes.
Perform daily verification and reconciliation of manual payment methods.
Monitor and analyze transactions and other related projects.
Execute operational tasks for projects requiring support from the operations team.
Identify and address irregularities and discrepancies in transactions (fraud detection).
Conduct daily checks on high-risk transactions.
Communicate, explore, and investigate cases of user fraud.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) minimum.
At least 1 year of experience in fraud or payment operations; a background in e-commerce or fintech is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive checks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and internal verification tools.
Growth mindset and interest in diverse operational functions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work shifts and flexible hours.
