Skills & Qualification

  • Associate's degree in Business or related field.

  • Proven experience in document management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and communicate project status.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with a focus on Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process documents (BAST, NDAs, invoices) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors through effective communication and stakeholder management.

  • Coordinate events, meetings, and ceremonial activities ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

  • Track and follow up on project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

  • Update and organize data in Google Sheets, highlighting critical data points and performing competitor analyses.

  • Plan and oversee event logistics, researching venues and compiling guest lists to ensure a successful outcome.

  • Cordainate billing and invoicing with finance, ensuring accurate and timely submission.

  • Research associations, tools, and community events, creating reports and analyses to support business decisions.

  • Maintain organized folders for legal and project documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
