What You Will Do:

• Monitor accounts on a daily basis, recap historical data for loan disbursement & repayment, take actions in order to encourage timely payments

• Track and monitor loan disbursement, collection & repayment

• Coordinate with partner drawdown request, facility repayment and invoicing

• Manage daily operational activities related to financing operation

• Handling business administrative processes and operations

• Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Finance, etc (both customer-facing & back office role)

• Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Requirements:

• Minimum a diploma/ bachelor degree

• Have an experience in lending company is a plus

• Interested in banking/ fintech industry and credit analytics/ operation role

• Detail & data oriented

• Fluent in using Ms. Excel/ google sheet (pivot, lookup, index & match, sumif, etc)

• Able to prioritize, stay organized and meet critical deadlines

• Have good communication and good negotiation skills

• Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
