About the Job

Paperid is seeking a seasoned Sr. Tax professional to lead tax and payroll operations. This role requires expertise in CIT and SPT Badan calculations, Indonesian and international tax laws. The successful candidate will develop innovative tax strategies, ensuring compliance while driving business growth.

We are looking for a tax leader with 5-10 years of experience, strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize business outcomes while ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international tax regulations.

• Oversee CIT and SPT Badan calculations, payroll processes, and tax system management to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

• Provide expert guidance on tax matters, collaborating with teams to address issues and improve processes.

• Perform thorough tax and payroll analyses to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Support senior management with strategic insights into tax and payroll policies.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in tax and payroll management, with a strong track record of leadership and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B/C certified), international tax regulations, and payroll compliance.

• Mastery of CIT and SPT Badan calculations, with the ability to interpret complex tax information and meet tight deadlines.

• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive collaboration and deliver results under pressure.
