At Paper.id, we’re looking for a driven Sales professional to cover the Bogor area, engaging potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and presenting our software solutions. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle while consistently meeting targets and staying informed about industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience in solution-based selling, a solid understanding of IT software, and a proven track record of closing deals with C-level clients. If you’re self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and bids, deal closure and client relationship management.

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.

  • Familiarity with IT software solutions and industry trends.

  • Demonstrable experience of solution-based selling with a proven track record of sales over-achievement.

  • Prior experience in selling complex solutions and services to C-Level clients.

  • Experience in resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways to meet targets and objectives.

  • Strong experience in networking with senior internal and external people in the specialist area of expertise.

  • Expert level capability and the ability to work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.

  • Actively engage with client’s mid/senior management as well as C-level executives to develop trust and credibility to grow their business with Paper.id

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services.

  • Effectively present and articulate solutions to clients, demonstrating how our offerings address their specific requirements.

  • Self-managing the entire process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

  • Regularly update the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
