At Paperid, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving user engagement and transactions by providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires a strong ability to build rapport with customers, identify their challenges, and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for users who have not been active on the platform, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues, providing product support, and demonstrating the value of Paperid. Your ultimate goal will be to drive increased transactions and user engagement, while providing a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Skills & Qualification

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, with a strong track record of driving user engagement and transactions.

  • Deep understanding of product knowledge, with the ability to handle client issues and provide tailored solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide proactive support.

  • Fast response time and proactive approach to communication, with the ability to respond promptly to user inquiries.

  • Flexibility and willingness to commute when necessary, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inactive users to understand their challenges in using Paperid, and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

  • Provide solutions to their pain points, reintroduce the product, and demonstrate how it addresses their needs, while building strong relationships with customers.

  • Drive increased transactions and user engagement through proactive communication, product support, and tailored solutions.

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries, providing fast and effective support to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve product knowledge, and drive business growth.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, to inform sales and marketing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, through proactive communication, product support, and tailored solutions.
