Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients in the Payment Gateway and Remittance sectors.

  • Build and manage strong partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Handle the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

  • Engage with mid to senior management and C-level executives to grow partnerships.

  • Understand and effectively present company products and solutions.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  • Achieve sales targets and update the sales pipeline accurately.

  • Provide client feedback to internal teams for product and service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 2+ years in sales or business development with a proven track record.

  • Experience selling complex solutions to C-Level clients.

  • Familiarity with IT software solutions and industry trends.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and networking skills.

  • High initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Payment Gateway or Remittance industries.

  • Knowledge of fintech and related regulations.
