At Paper.id, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development (B2B) professional to join our team. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales canvasing, preferably in the wholesale or retail FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing business relationships with our customers in the Jabodetabek area.

As a Business Development (B2B) professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and fostering collaboration with our sales team and other departments. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills will enable you to succeed in this role.

Skills & Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in sales canvasing with a focus on wholesale or retail FMCG sales

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and negotiate successfully

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Accountable, energetic, dominant, dynamic, and highly initiative-taking

  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Located in the Jabodetabek area

  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation

Responsibilities

  • Building and enhancing business relationships with wholesale and retail FMCG customers through regular meetings, calls, and negotiations

  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies, including creating sales plans, setting targets, and monitoring progress

  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets

  • Representing the company in negotiations and business meetings with customers, partners, and suppliers

  • Developing and enhancing knowledge of the FMCG industry, market trends, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

  • Identifying and developing new business partnership opportunities to drive growth and expansion

  • Developing and presenting effective sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
