The Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. This individual will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Paper.id's software products and services, and effectively presenting and articulating solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently with little instruction.
Familiarity with IT software solutions and industry trends to stay informed and position our solutions effectively.
Expert level capability to work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload.
Demonstrable experience of solution-based selling with a proven track record of sales over-achievement.
Strong experience in networking with senior internal and external people in the specialist area of expertise.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
2+ years experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and bids, deal closure and client relationship management.
Prior experience in selling complex solutions and services to C-Level clients to build trust and credibility.
Experience in resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways to meet targets and objectives.
High level of initiative and self-motivation to drive sales success and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Identify and engage potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and develop a deep understanding of their goals and objectives.
Actively engage with client’s mid/senior management as well as C-level executives to develop trust and credibility, and grow their business with Paper.id.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Paper.id's software products and services, and effectively present and articulate solutions to clients.
Self-manage the entire sales process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure, and meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively, and provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
Regularly update the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to ensure visibility and alignment with business objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
Leadership Skill: Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues to help them develop their sales skills and achieve their sales targets.
