We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Product Management team as the Principal Consultant. This role uniquely combines expertise in product management and management consulting to drive business transformation, product innovation, and strategic growth for our clients and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping product vision, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering high-impact advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

• Define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product success.

• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform product development and enhancements.

• Establish product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product positioning to maximize adoption and revenue growth.

• Implement agile product development methodologies to optimize speed-to-market and innovation.

Management Consulting & Business Strategy:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through transformation and process optimization for their business.

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for client’s business growth.

• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making for clients.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with C-level executives, investors, and key stakeholders to drive alignment on product and business strategies.

• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within product and consulting teams.

• Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and networking engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or a combination of both would be a plus.

• Proven track record of leading product teams, launching successful products, and delivering business transformation strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and strategic consulting methodologies.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
