As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Paper.id, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. You will be working closely with the talent acquisition team to learn about sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

Skills & Qualification

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and data entry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and human resources principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels and social media platforms.

  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Coordinate interviews and assessment tests with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.

  • Support the team in maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
