We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Data Intern to join our team at Paper.id. As a Commercial Data Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in critical thinking, analytical mindset, and business acumen while contributing to the growth and development of our organization.In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with various stakeholders, including data analysts, business leaders, and other team members. You will be responsible for accurately collecting, updating, and managing commercial data to maintain a reliable database, which will enable us to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes. Skills & Qualification

• Recent graduate student or bootcamp graduate in any degree with course relevance in critical thinking, analytical mindset, and/or business acumen

• Courses or experience in SQL, data analysis, and/or data visualization are a plus point

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Growth mindset with experience leading a campus organization, participating in competitions, or delivering presentations at national or international conferences

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and analysis

Responsibilities

• Assist and serve as a data consultant/thinking partner to various stakeholders, providing guidance and support on data-driven decision-making

• Accurately input, update, and manage commercial data to maintain a reliable database, ensuring data consistency and integrity

• Collaborate with data analysts and business leaders to identify areas for data-driven improvement and implement effective solutions

• Develop and maintain a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data entry and analysis, ensuring data quality and reliability

• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting best practices in data governance principles and providing training and support to stakeholders

• Think outside the box to solve manual data pulling and develop creative solutions to improve data management and analysis

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis, applying knowledge to improve processes and outcomes

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including data analysts, business leaders, and other team members
