We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Financing team, focusing on card-based financing solutions. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, operations, and external partners to deliver high-impact financing products that meet user needs and business goals.

What you will be doing

• Assist in the product development lifecycle for financing products involving cards—from research to launch and iteration

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories

• Support analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitor products to inform roadmap decisions

• Work closely with engineering and design to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives

• Coordinate testing, rollout, and post-launch performance monitoring

• Help improve customer experience and drive adoption through continuous enhancements

• Document product requirements, processes, and performance metrics

• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory and card network requirements

What you will need

• 2 years of experience in product, fintech, or related roles

• Familiarity or experience with card products (e.g., credit cards, virtual cards, installment cards) is a strong plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Interest in fintech, payments, and consumer finance

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment
