About Job

As a Business Development professional at Paperid, you will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers. You will manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team, ensuring that all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close are executed efficiently. Your role will be to propose solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals, and objectives by integrating our platform into the enterprise, while also building a productive long-term relationship with our users.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving significant revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, and any related fields to understand the complexities of the industry and develop effective solutions for clients.

  • At least min. 5 years of working experience in Sales Software Development, Financial Services or banking industry, preferred, to have a deep understanding of the industry and develop effective business strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and complex B2B sales is a must to effectively manage the sales process and drive revenue growth.

  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within large client organizations is a must to effectively negotiate and close deals.

  • Good presentation skills including the ability to present to top decision makers or senior management is essential to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.

  • Good negotiation and deal-closing skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.

  • Self-driven and target-oriented to achieve significant revenue growth and expand our customer base.

  • Able to make proposals and quotations for penetrating the enterprise market to effectively develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close, ensuring that all sales strategies are executed efficiently.

  • Propose solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals, and objectives by integrating our platform into the enterprise.

  • Conduct KYC and provide a proper solution to clients, ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Build a productive long-term relationship with our users, ensuring that their needs are met and that they continue to use our platform.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase customer satisfaction, working closely with our leadership team to ensure that all sales efforts are aligned with the company's goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that all sales efforts are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the sales pipeline and revenue growth, ensuring that all sales efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
