Commercial Manager (Financial Services)

As a highly experienced Commercial Manager at Paperid's Financing Services, you will be responsible for leading the front liners team in delivering innovative financial solutions to Small Medium Businesses (SMB) and Enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with 6+ years of experience in banking or FinTech, preferably in relationship management, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business processes and financial needs to make informed product recommendations. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with internal stakeholders, including Product, Risk, Operations, Partnership, and Strategy teams.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and disbursement volume by expanding the user base and maintaining a high retention rate, while ensuring prudent risk management and compliance practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver innovative financial solutions that meet the needs of SMB and Enterprise clients.
Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and financial needs to make informed product recommendations that drive business growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Develop and implement plans to increase user adoption and retention, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
Lead and manage a team of front liners to achieve business objectives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure team success.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in banking or FinTech, preferably in relationship management, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
Proven track record of increasing sales and disbursement volume, with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
