Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Strong technical skills, with experience using data management tools and software, such as Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Google Calendar, Slides, etc.) to track and report training progress.
Excellent public speaking and communication skills in English, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
Basic understanding of various training methodologies for online and offline formats, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new approaches.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Google Calendar, Slides, etc.) and ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct research on new training methods and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to inform training design and delivery.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle logistics for training events and collect participant feedback.
Assist in designing and facilitating online and in-person training sessions, with a focus on adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Create and manage training materials and documentation, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other learning resources.
Use data and tech tools to track and report training progress, including Google Workspace and other data management software.
Conduct research on new training methods and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to inform training design and delivery.
Handle logistics for training events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment, and ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available.
Collect participant feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and ensure that it aligns with business objectives and learning goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with training participants, including employees, managers, and external stakeholders, to ensure that their needs are met and that training is relevant and effective.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to inform training design and delivery.
