The Jr. Business Development Support role at Paperid plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless administrative operations within the sales department. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks and providing top-notch support to the sales professionals.

With your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, you will maintain an orderly filing system that offers easy access to vital information for sales and administrative teams. Also, you will collaborate with the sales team to prepare and distribute sales tracking documentation, fostering an environment of effective communication.

Skills & Qualification

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, or related field, as it will provide a solid foundation for this role.

  • Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, specifically vlookup and pivot tables, as well as proficiency in other data management software, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a sales team, taking up additional responsibilities as needed, showcasing your willingness to adapt and support the team in achieving their goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by a clear and friendly speaking voice, ensuring seamless communication with team members and external parties.

  • Strong data entry skills, travel organization, and customer service expertise, including basic math and reporting skills, allowing you to provide comprehensive support to the sales team.

  • Attention to detail, combined with the ability to work effectively with people, including excellent customer service knowledge, are essential for success in this role.

  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify and resolve administrative issues and provide insightful recommendations to the sales team.

  • Able to process payments and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring the financial health of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings, staying organized and proactive to ensure seamless execution.

  • Develop and maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals, guaranteeing that critical information is readily available for reference.

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request, fostering an environment of open communication.

  • Support the Business Development team by completing and processing orders, staying informed of any issues, and providing timely solutions.

  • Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals, identifying areas for improvement and providing innovative lead generating ideas to boost sales.

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a can-do attitude, assisting the sales team with any additional work as needed, and providing top-notch support to ensure their success.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring the financial health of the business, and collaborating with the accounting team to address any financial concerns.
