Paid Marketing Lead

Job Description:

  • Analyze digital paid marketing data and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Create, manage, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive results on key digital channels.

  • Assist in managing and optimizing the paid ads budget to ensure optimal allocation across channels and marketing funnels.

  • Identify new growth opportunities through innovative channels or campaigns to support top-line revenue growth.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors, including overseeing project briefs, negotiations, timelines, and successful delivery.

  • Generate creative ideas and strategies for new digital advertising campaigns.

  • Collaborate on ad concepts and write compelling copy for paid advertising campaigns.

  • Design and conduct experiments to test and optimize paid advertising performance.

  • Provide support to stakeholders on all matters related to paid advertising.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Marketing, SEM, or PPC.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines with a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

  • Experienced in tech companies, such as e-commerce and financial technology companies will be a plus
