Skills & Qualification

• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, best practices, and cutting-edge trends

• Strategic experience designing mobile websites, apps, and other mobile interfaces for multiple platforms, with a focus on driving business growth and user engagement

• Mastery in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch, with the ability to leverage them to drive design innovation and excellence

• Proven experience working with web and mobile developers to apply design to code, with a focus on seamless integration and collaboration

• In-depth knowledge of user interface programming, behavior, and design, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive design solutions and innovation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Art/Visual Communication & Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising Media, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) from a reputable institution

• Minimum 5-10 years experience as a Web Designer or UX/UI Designer in the Payment industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions

• Experience working for a software company or startups, with a focus on driving innovation and growth

• Proven ability to create high-quality illustrations and design responsive mobile/web applications, with a focus on user experience and engagement

• Experience using Figma and other management tools, with a focus on collaboration and seamless integration

• Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English, with a focus on effective communication and collaboration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive design solutions and innovation

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on driving growth and success

• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members, with a focus on driving growth and success

• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and seamless integration

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mobile websites, apps, and other mobile interfaces across multiple platforms, driving growth and user engagement

• Work closely with web and mobile developers to apply design to code, leveraging design skills to drive innovation and excellence

• Responsible for creating high-quality illustrations, mockup design, storyboards, graphical design, and interactiveness prototypes for new features and mobile applications, driving growth and innovation

• Literate on UI/UX designs / prototypes to continually improve our products, driving growth and innovation

• Contribute innovative ideas and design solutions that can push company and product quality, driving growth and success

• Drive creative user flow and usability testing, leveraging expertise to drive design solutions and innovation

• Translate user needs into designs using a user-centric approach, driving growth and innovation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, driving growth and success
