Paper.id is seeking a Senior Brand Engagement Executive (KOL) to develop and execute end-to-end KOL/Influencer marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and campaign impact. This role requires a strong understanding of influencer marketing, creativity, and data-driven decision making. As a Senior Brand Engagement Executive (KOL), you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with KOLs/Influencers across various tiers, planning and executing influencer campaigns, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and messaging.

Skills & Qualification

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or KOL management with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their trends.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships across influencer tiers and agency partners.

  • Creative and data-driven mindset, with a pulse on what resonates on social platforms and the ability to stay up-to-date on platform trends and algorithm shifts.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end KOL/influencer marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and campaign impact.

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs/influencers across mega, macro, micro, and niche tiers that align with the brand's positioning and objectives.

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns from ideation to content briefing, publishing, amplification, and performance reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and messaging.

  • Experiment with diverse formats and platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Blogs) to optimize reach, relevance, and engagement.

  • Manage KOL/influencers budgets, contracts, and content usage rights.

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign impact including user acquisition and engagement metrics and compile insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

  • Build and maintain a structured, scalable database of current and prospective KOL partners for future activations.

  • Provide regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders and recommendations for future improvements.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve influencer marketing strategies and tactics to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
