Responsibilities

  • Support Client Engagement: Collaborate with Relationship Managers to maintain strong, positive communication with clients, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the client experience.

  • Craft Compelling Content: Assist in preparing engaging product presentations and informative materials for client meetings, ensuring that all content is accurate, timely, and relevant.

  • Master the Details: Take charge of essential administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to ensure that our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

  • Be a Bridge: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

  • Fuel Growth: Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and supporting exciting business development initiatives, working closely with the business development team to develop and implement growth strategies.
