As an IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime. With a strong background in information technology, software, hardware, and networking, you will be the go-to expert for all technical queries and concerns.

Skills & Qualification

  • Expertise in Information Technology, with a deep understanding of software, hardware, and networking fundamentals.

  • Strong Trouble Shooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

  • Exceptional Vendor Partnerships skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in IT management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to provide top-notch technical support to the organization.

  • Implement and maintain our technology infrastructure, including software, hardware, and networking systems.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of the IT team and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure exceptional performance.

  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and minimizing waste.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and recommend improvements and enhancements to our IT infrastructure.
